After collecting hundreds of pounds of food for our local food banks last week, they realized this was a job not quite complete. GTRA FFA members decided to use some of their fruit sales profits to purchase Thanksgiving dinners for 12 families in the area. Each family received a turkey and 2 bags full of all the sides they will need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal with their families. We challenge you to keep your local food banks in mind this holiday season. What can you do to give back? The smallest gestures can make the greatest impacts.

Many hands make quick work on a Saturday morning. Today I (Chris Myers) would like to thank Pennie Klepper, Marc Benedict, Patrick Fairchild, Andy Woiwood and Jeremy Simington for making quick work of getting the other half of the outdoor classroom in place!
