7th graders are presenting book projects about a free reading book of their choice. Students are using many platforms to share out summaries of their books. Audience members then provide positive and constructive feedback to the presenter on their communication skills.


The Titanettes will be performing their two state routines at a pep rally in Graettinger on Tuesday! The pep rally will begin at 3:10 p.m. We hope to see you there!
After collecting hundreds of pounds of food for our local food banks last week, they realized this was a job not quite complete. GTRA FFA members decided to use some of their fruit sales profits to purchase Thanksgiving dinners for 12 families in the area. Each family received a turkey and 2 bags full of all the sides they will need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal with their families. We challenge you to keep your local food banks in mind this holiday season. What can you do to give back? The smallest gestures can make the greatest impacts.

The NHS coat drive was a success! Coats, hats, and gloves are available in all sizes in the Middle/High School office for students who need them. Students or parents may stop in and take needed items. Thank you to all donors!

Members of the Graettinger Visioning Committee heard pitches from the Graettinger Trails team regarding donor recognition ideas and fundraising. That evening Claudia Hall presented to the full committee at their regular meeting.

Today (Saturday) the Outdoor Classroom at GT Elementary, received a substantial truss system for the roof! We got it done in about 4 hours. A big thank you goes out to the people that helped me (Chris Myers) to get it done! Thank you to Patrick and Tim Fairchild for arranging for and the operation of the telehandler. The key help came from Andy Woiwood, Jon and Nick Josephson and Tommy Scott. It looks great!



The plants have arrived! Come to the high school this morning (Sat. 11/23) from 8 - noon to purchase your holiday greenery and support GT/RA drama!




Thank you to all those that donated blood today at the NHS Blood Drive. We were able to collect 25 donations and saved 75 lives!

The Drone Delivery team presented their research to partner Barry Bonner. They are working on developing a system for delivering food and beverages to golfers using drones.

The Middle School Fall Fling will be held Friday, Nov. 22 in the Graettinger Lunch Room. Cost is $5 per student. Enter through playground doors. Dance is 6:30-8:00 p.m. All GT-RA MS students must be picked up by 8:05 p.m. Chips/pop/water/glow sticks available for purchase.
Anatomy and NHS students traveled to the Science Museum of Minnesota to view the Body Worlds Rx exhibit. The exhibit features plastinized human donors in various conditions and positions. They also enjoyed a sports lab, fossil exhibit, and

Congratulations to Blake Borchers, Scott Dahna, and Taylor Krull on a fantastic performance in NCIBA District Middle School Band Saturday!! All three musicians spent hours practicing in preparation and during rehearsals to put together a phenomenal display of musicianship! Bravi!!

Many hands make quick work on a Saturday morning. Today I (Chris Myers) would like to thank Pennie Klepper, Marc Benedict, Patrick Fairchild, Andy Woiwood and Jeremy Simington for making quick work of getting the other half of the outdoor classroom in place! We started at 8:00 and went from nothing on the second half (one picture) to complete (other pic) in just over 2 hours! Next up, the roof!
